New-build in Marbella

The Golden Mile between the centre and Puerto Banús is the most prestigious address, with villas and gated residences; Nueva Andalucía (the "golf valley") is popular with apartment buyers, and East Marbella (Los Monteros, Elviria) is quieter and greener. The old town around Plaza de los Naranjos is a rare seaside historic core.

Puerto Banús with its yachts and boutiques, a dozen world-class golf courses, private clinics and international schools form infrastructure found nowhere else on the coast. Beach clubs like Nikki Beach set the summer tone.

Marbella suits the premium buyer who values the brand, resale liquidity and an international crowd; here rental is secondary to status and capital growth.

Demand is international and far less seasonal than the rest of the coast: wealthy tenants come in winter too, so high-end homes let year-round, not just in July–August.
